SCREEN-PRINTING 101

YOU decide what you want to print from, and we can print it from custom screen printed t-shirts, caps, aprons, head bands, sweat shirts, hoodies or jackets! Here are the ingredients of the company!

Screen printing 101

Screen-Printing 101 outline:

First off in screen-printing after the art work is made the art needs to be burned or made from the acetate sheet or vellum sheet.

Then the screen gets washed out at the washout station.

After drying (fan drying works great!) the screen is placed on the print station. Apply inks to all screens!

Put the t-shirts on the screen printing press.

Then OFF YOU GO to printing the shirts.

Finally the shirts enter the dryer to be baked into the shirt!

We offer training at our location for anyone interested in learning a little about the operation. Of course its not free, but will be fun to learn SCREENPRINTING.
